Bow Quiver Review's
Round 1: Customer Service
TightSpot Quiver by Tightspot
I e-mailed Joe Jacks At TightSpot Quiver to let him know about the
reviews I'm doing for my website. He jumped at the chance to be
a part of it. He told me he had a unique quiver that set his apart from
all the rest. He also told me about all the things that made his quiver
different from all the others on the market, That peaked my interest,
and I couldn't wait to see for myself. I will tell you about those features in a little while. After talking to him I received a package in the mail in just few days. It was the quiver that he told me about. He also told me if I had any questions to feel free to call him. That made me feel like he had a lot of confidence in his product. So in the Customer Service Round he scored a KNOCK OUT!!!!
Round 2: Quality & Setup
After looking at the Quiver, I saw first hand the quality that Joe
told me about. It has a ultra-tough hood that you don't have to
babysit while in the woods hunting, I've had so many hoods break
on me in my 20 years of hunting, I probably could of bought a
new bow by now. It also has two premium wrapped carbon rods
that allow you to slide the quiver up or down for balance on your
bow, that is a must for shooting a bow with a quiver. It also
has another adjustment feature called "THE RIGHTSPOT."
This feature allows you to fine tune your quiver tight to your bow.
How many times have you wished that you had something like that?
It also has 6061 aluminum for the frame that makes for a light quiver.
Light quiver means less torque on your bow. It sits so close to my bow that
I don't even have to take it off when its in my case, It does not
interfere with anything else on my bow. It also has a feature
that I've only seen on this quiver called ArrowWedge's.
This gripper system allows you to adjust how tight you want
the arrows to be held in your quiver so you don't lose any in
the woods. We've all been there, not no more, It's called a
TightSpot. The quiver also has a Quick Draw arrow deployment
system. This allows you to grab another arrow out of your quiver
without taking your eye off the target. There are so many
great features on this quiver. Joe had the hunter in mind when
he built the TightSpot Quiver. Setup was as easy as one, two, three.
The instruction's are straight forward and easy.So in the
Quality and Setup Round he scored a KNOCK OUT!!!!
Round 3: Adjusting To Bow
All I had to do was loosen six screw, then hold the bow in front of me with one hand and feel the balance. It was a little top heavy at first, all I did was slide the quiver down the carbon rods about a inch and that problem was solved. That's it, I was finished, then I tighten the screw and started shooting. I shot with the quiver on and with it off and I couldn't see any difference in my shooting. I can't wait to hit the woods this fall with the quiver on my bow. It's going to be a great feeling not worrying about finding a place for my quiver in the tree. This year my quiver is staying on my bow when I'm hunting. So in the Adjustment Round TightSpot scored a KNOCK OUT!!!!!!!
Recommendations:
Do not tighten the screws too tight on the carbon rods. In my experience you can crack carbon rods if you are not careful. You can go to Joe's website and pick one up right away at www.tightspotquiver.com You will like this quiver a lot, below is some pictures of the quiver and all the features I told you about.
